I. Personal Data Processing
A. When using the contact form
When you request our services via the form, we process your name, email, phone number, and other contact data to communicate and arrange the service.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Retention: Maximum 2 years after our last communication.
B. When providing services (photo/video)
We process billing data such as name, surname, address, email, phone number, and photos/videos taken during the service.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR – contract performance and legal obligations.
- Retention: During the service and up to 10 years afterward (accounting and tax purposes).
C. Newsletters
If you are a customer and did not opt out during your purchase, we may use your email to send updates and offers.
- Legal basis: Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on Information Society Services.
- Retention: 2 years from your last order. You may unsubscribe anytime.
